• Amendment of Articles of Association or conversion your Club into Association to meet the requirements of the New Law;

Brief Introduction:

Any twenty or more legal or physical persons may establish a non-profitable Association which should not be a political party or a trade union.

Three or more non-profitable entities can establish a Federation.

Anyone can establish a Foundation provided that it serves charitable or public interest purpose or other purposes as described in the Law mentioned below. 

As of the 14 of July, 2017 the establishment of above entities is governed by Law which revises the Law of the Societies and Institutions of 1972 and 1997 and repeals the Law of Club’s registration, (the “New Law”)

As per the New Law among other matters:

• The above entities acquire status “Legal entity”;
• Some mandatory disclosures should be provided to the Registrar;
• Further provisions with respect to the rights and obligations of the members, manner of their election and duration of their office are added;
• Exception to keep and audit accounts if their annual revenue do not exceed EUR 40 000.
